Mission
To provide social protection and promote the rights and welfare of the poor, vulnerable and disadvantaged families and communities that will contribute to poverty, alleviation and empowerment through Social Welfare and Development policies, programs, projects and services implemented with or through the sixteen (16) barangays, Non-Government Organizations (NGO’s), people organizations (Pos) and other government organizations and other members of the civil society.
